D.W.Johnson is an award winning artist, who now resides in Phoenix Arizona,  after a car accident in 1990 which left him a paraplegic. He began producing his art in the early 60's in New York City.  Even as Senior Art Director in Advertising, he always continued his passion for painting and sculpting.  His versatility in style and creativity has expanded and evolved throughout the years as shown in his artwork. From Figurative to Abstract using oils,charcoals, ink, pastels and acrylics etc.
D.W. Johnson's desire and perseverance for painting has never wavered only strengthen. His passion is to explore his imagery of art, using a creative variety of techniques & styles for the world to enjoy!
